1. WALT Wines

Located just off the northwest corner of the Sonoma Plaza, Walt Wines is known for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The tasting room is a ‘combination of a home with the inspiration of an art gallery’. Tasting rooms are open from 11am to 6pm, and reservations are not mandatory, but highly recommended.

2. Three Sticks

Famous for their Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir - Three Sticks’ philosophy is to produce world class quality wines from exquisite vineyards in Sonoma County. All tastings at the Three Sticks are by reservations only.

3. Chappellet

Finding its place in the 10 tasting rooms near Sonoma Plaza list is Chappellet. Their grower collection tasting room features an exquisite variety of cool climate Sonoma County wines - including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

4. SIGH

Named one of the top 25 wine bars in the country by Travel & Leisure, SIGH is a one of a kind Champagne and Sparkling Wine tasting room. If you find yourself wandering around the Sonoma Plaza, don’t forget to stop by SIGH as reservations are not necessary here.

8. Lake Sonoma Winery
