Become an Exhibitor

If you have a solution to an existing problem with your machines, equipment, process, skill or software, FWE wants to hear from you. In this new format one-day trade show, exhibitors will clearly identify the problem they are solving and offer solutions to the attendees of the show. Each exhibitor will offer a 1-hour free phone or in-person consulting to analyze the attendee's business.

$1400 - Super Early Bird Pricing (Now till May 31, 2020)

$1800 - Early Bird Pricing (June 1 to September 30, 2020)

$2200 - Regular Pricing (October 1, 2020 Onwards)

*Pay 25% now to book your space and balance will be due by January 31, 2021. Book your spot before May 31, 2020 and get savings of $800. Each exhibitor will get 2 complimentary conference passes included with exhibitor ticket.

SET UP INCLUSIONS

The show is a trestle table set up, you will not pay anything extra for chairs and tables and wifi. Your pricing covers ALL costs associated with the show. You are required to bring in one roll-up banner only and may place marketing material on your table.
